With over 30 years experience in the aerospace industry he has been involved in the prototyping and development of OEM parts for many major companies. Johns passion for innovation has continued non stop all of his life. From racing dirt track cars, riding motorcycles, side by sides and camping to managing an aerospace company with 134 employees he has always focused on innovation. Recently purchasing an electric motorcycle opened his eyes to the new breed of electric vehicles, thus the start of First Flight Aero. Personnel electric vehicles are now waiting for the next generation of enthusiast . Orion ultralight aircraft are available now and need no pilots license. Glenn Hines
CFO
Glenn is a CMA and MBA with more than 30 years of finance leadership experience, including over 20 years serving in both full-time and interim CFO roles for companies backed by such sponsors as H.I.G. Capital, Sun Capital Partners, and AE Industrial Partners. As CFO of a PE-backed aerospace manufacturing business, he partnered closely with operations to develop KPI dashboards tracking sales, manufacturing performance (asset utilization), inventory management, and logistics, while gaining exposure to aircraft maintenance operations. He has a proven track record of leading operational turnarounds, integrating acquisitions, strengthening finance organizations, enhancing KPI reporting and scorecards optimizing working capital across complex, asset-intensive businesses. Glenn has also raised over $80M with banks, Private equity firms, and Venture Capital companies.
